Vice Pres. Osinbajo's visit to Aba, Date and Venue


The Abia State governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu has sent out a welcome message as the Vice President of Nigeria, Professor Yemi Osinbajo will this week paid a 2 day visit Aba the commercial city of Abia State.

Ikpeazu in a welcome message through his Special Adviser on Public Communications. Media and Publicity Sub Committee for the Program, Mr. Onyebuchi EMEMANKA thanked the Vice President for choosing Aba apart from other cities in Nigeria.


The message reads; Governor Okezie Ikpeazu, on behalf of the government and good people of Abia State Welcomes His Excellency, Prof Yemi Osinbajo, GCON, SAN, Acting President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria To Aba , the great Enyimba City, Nigeria's SME Engine Room, for the first ever NATIONWIDE MICRO, SMALL AMD MEDIUM ENTERPRISE CLINIC - a two day interactive session between MSMEs and the Federal Government of Nigeria, MDAs and all relevant agencies of government with a view to creating a brand new platform to grow small businesses in Nigeria.

Date -Thursday, January 26 - Friday January, 27, 2017.
Venue is the Aba Sports Club.


Your Excellency, by choosing Aba and indeed Abia State as your first port of call for this historic event, you and the Federal Government have clearly recognized the key role Aba plays in the development of small and medium enterprises in Nigeria.

Above all, it's a clear vindication of the concerted and deliberate steps taken by the Ikpeazu administration to develop the MADE IN ABA brand and use it as a platform for economic development.
